Mrs Jyoti Bose

An eminent personality in the education circles of our country, Mrs Jyoti Bose
has always been an firm advocate of the role of students and education in globalization
and the protection of the earth. She has been our inspiration, guide and mentor always. She has steered us through many situations, good and bad and always encouraged
and supported our work wholeheartedly.
ADULT ADVISER AND FOUNDER:
Mrs Jyoti Venkatesh
A firm believer of the philosophy of "Practice what you preach", Mrs Venkatesh, besides being a grassroots environmentalist has been an inspiration for all of us. She plans and supervises the whole club and its activities and has played an instrumental role in getting us where we are today. She has been honoured with the environmental teacher of the Millennium Award by the Indian Institute of ecology and environment an affiliate of
UNICEF, UNESCO
TEACHERS IN CHARGE:
Mrs Dhawan: Senior teacher who is a keen environmentalist, she handles the administration
department of Vasundhara.
Mrs. Anita Chawla: The science teacher of the middle school is the advisor and coordinator of the club.
Mrs. Mani Arora: Teacher in charge of activities of Vasundhara.
Student Executive Committee:
Vasundhara has always been a firm believer and propagator of the youth role in social and environmental
campaigns. Therefore our activities and campaigns are largely youth-led and student run.
Our organization is virtually like a ship, with us youth in command being steered
through the water by our adult guides as stars on the horizon.
